Principal Technical Solution Architect

Job Description:

Intellias is searching for an ambitious, career-minded professional to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for leading implementation efforts on Infor ERP cloud implementation projects. With a strong technical background, communication skills and the ability to learn new things every day, you are a prime candidate for this fast paced, fun, and energetic environment.

Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities Include:

Working effectively and contributing within a project team environment

Working with and designing solutions that leverage Infor and AWS Cloud development tools

Gathering customer requirements and developing detailed design documentation

Delivering technical services across multiple industries – Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Government, K-12

Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective clients and existing customer base

Mentorship and development of technical consultants

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.)

Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience participating in full lifecycle implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical ideas in clear terms

High degree of adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes

Experienced in direct B2B, client facing work environment

Enjoys working in a high-energy, ever-changing, start-up work environment

Ability to multi-task and organize tasks

Effective problem solving skills

Open to travel to support client projects (up to 10%)

Base salary + utilization bonus opportunity

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Sponsorship for employment visas will not be considered

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite (HR Talent, Financials & Supply Management and/or Lawson)

Expert knowledge of various Infor technologies and programming languages (SQL, JavaScript, Python, Infor Process Automation, ION, Configuration Console, etc.)
