Solutions Consultant – Financials

Job Description:

Intellias is searching for an ambitious, career-minded professional to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering Infor consulting services nationally. This Consultant possesses the ability to understand customers' business needs and through discovery, is able to deliver strategic and creative solutions to resolve system challenges.

With a strong functional background, this Consultant will help define the methodology and repeatable processes to provide best practices to projects across multiple industries, including Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Government, and K-12. Responsibilities Include:

Work effectively with and contribute to a project team environment

Design, develop, modify, and/or test software needed to support the financial and/or procurement operations of customers

Provide system analysis, application setup and design, test plan development and execution, report design, data conversion and interface mapping, enabling customers to use CloudSuite Financials to replace or enhance their existing financial systems

Translate the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs

Act as financial subject matter expert for applications to support Project Manager, technical resources, and other members of project team, as well as scoping discussions and demonstrated thought leadership via webinar and in-person presentations

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients and existing customer base

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field. Candidate must have five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience providing finance application consulting services and experience working with Infor CloudSuite Financials.

Driven to succeed and self-motivated

ERP experience with specific expertise in Infor CloudSuite Financial applications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High degree of adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes

Enjoys working in a high-energy, ever-changing work environment

Ability to multi-task and organize tasks

Effective problem solving, time management, decision-making, and presentation skills

Open to travel (National)

Experience:

ERP experience with specific expertise in Infor Financial (CloudSuite) applications
