Using Infor's Step Enrollment for Benefits

During Open Enrollment, many actions, acknowledgments and communication are necessary to complete the annual enrollment process. Infor has improved the flexibility of Open Enrollment to accommodate these requirements by creating an option in the Benefits module called Step Enrollment. Once this option is selected it breaks Open Enrollment into two main parts: Introduction and Enrollment.

Step Enrollment was available to implement as early as last year. Since then, Infor used client feedback to progress the functionality and rolled out more enhancements in the April CU.
