Job Description:
Intellias is searching for an ambitious, career-minded professional to join our rapidly growing team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in driving our success by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, understanding client needs, and promoting our expertise across the Infor customer landscape. You will be responsible for selling B2B, project-based, Infor Cloud consulting services (HR Talent, FSM, Technical) to existing accounts and new business prospects. With a strong background in identifying new clients and cultivating relationships, you will be responsible for selling functional (Infor HR Talent, Finance and Supply Chain Management “FSM”) and technical projects across multiple Infor industries including, Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Government, and K-12.

Base Salary + Quarterly Commissions
Responsibilities Include:
Selling Infor Cloud consulting services (HR Talent, FSM, Technical) directly to a list of named accounts and new customer prospects
Prospecting for business within the Infor customer base
Developing a strategy/sales plan to close/win Consulting Services and Intellias Complementary software business in line with annual quotas
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, with key Infor contacts, and other 3rd party partners
Developing proposals encompassing all aspects of the solution (services and/or complementary software offerings), including participating in the scoping discussion, development of a comprehensive and compelling proposal, presenting to the client, etc
Discovering and responding to RFPs
Identifying/Nurturing/Growing accounts
Negotiating pricing and contractual agreements
Building/maintaining positive relationships with Intellias clients and the Intellias Delivery Team
Monitoring project success ensuring objectives and milestones are met
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree highly desired
Ability to sell in a variety of settings, including, in-person client visits, social media networking, attending tradeshows/user base groups
Selling across multiple business units (HR, Financial, Supply Chain)
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent communication and negotiating skills with prospects/customers
Experience:
Direct experience selling ERP consulting services and solutions preferred
Cloud Solution/SAAS sales preferred
Selling experience at Director/VP/C-Level
