Job Description:
Intellias is searching for an ambitious career-minded professional to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for directly selling project-based Infor Cloud services (HR Talent, FSM, Technical) to existing accounts and new prospects within an assigned geographical territory.
With a strong ERP selling background, the Manager, Business Development will be responsible for selling application and technical projects across multiple Infor industries including, Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Government, and K-12. ***Base Salary + Quarterly Commissions opportunity***
Responsibilities Include:
Selling Infor Cloud services (HR Talent, FSM, Technical) directly to a list of named accounts and prospects within a geographical territory
Developing a strategy/sales plan for assigned region to close/win services business in line with annual quotas
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, with Infor, and with other 3rd party partners
Developing proposals encompassing all aspects of the services offering, including participation in the development, presentation, and sales of a value
Translating client’s business requirements into specific objectives
Identifying/Nurturing/Growing/Expanding accounts, by managing relationship with stakeholders
Managing territory through accurate forecasting, account strategy, and planning
Negotiating pricing and contractual agreements
Building/maintaining positive relationships with Intellias clients and the Intellias Delivery Team
Monitoring project success/objectives/milestones
Prospecting for new business
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree highly desired
Candidate must have 5+ years of direct experience selling ERP services solutions
Ability to sell in a variety of settings, including, in-person client visits, social media networking, attending tradeshows/user groups
Ability to sell across multiple business units (HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain)
Team player with strong personal and communication skills
Excellent communication and negotiating skills with prospects/customers
Experience:
Cloud Solution/SAAS sales experience preferred
Experience with Infor ERP preferred
Selling experience at C-Level/VP/Director level
Nationwide / Remote
