Job Description:

Intellias is searching for an ambitious career-minded professional to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for directly selling project-based Infor Cloud services (HR Talent, FSM, Technical) to existing accounts and new prospects within an assigned geographical territory.

With a strong ERP selling background, the Manager, Business Development will be responsible for selling application and technical projects across multiple Infor industries including, Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Government, and K-12. ***Base Salary + Quarterly Commissions opportunity***

Responsibilities Include:

  • Selling Infor Cloud services (HR Talent, FSM, Technical) directly to a list of named accounts and prospects within a geographical territory
  • Developing a strategy/sales plan for assigned region to close/win services business in line with annual quotas
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, with Infor, and with other 3rd party partners
  • Developing proposals encompassing all aspects of the services offering, including participation in the development, presentation, and sales of a value
  • Translating client’s business requirements into specific objectives
  • Identifying/Nurturing/Growing/Expanding accounts, by managing relationship with stakeholders
  • Managing territory through accurate forecasting, account strategy, and planning
  • Negotiating pricing and contractual agreements
  • Building/maintaining positive relationships with Intellias clients and the Intellias Delivery Team
  • Monitoring project success/objectives/milestones
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree highly desired
  • Candidate must have 5+ years of direct experience selling ERP services solutions
  • Ability to sell in a variety of settings, including, in-person client visits, social media networking, attending tradeshows/user groups
  • Ability to sell across multiple business units (HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain)
  • Team player with strong personal and communication skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills with prospects/customers
  • Experience:

  • Cloud Solution/SAAS sales experience preferred
  • Experience with Infor ERP preferred
  • Selling experience at C-Level/VP/Director level
